Almost no control over cropping

I thought "how bad can it be", well just about worthless
There is no control over how to crop a photo. I thought it would let me make a window with proportionally controlled size. All this does is show the photo and a preset box the size of the selected crop aspect. You cannot position this box manually. There are a set of selectable locations, "top middle Bottom left"…..of no real use for cropping.
Wish I could get a refund.
