Bought the application for watermarking of images. The application does not work on OS X 10.6.8 on y Imac contrary to the indication in the app store. It inevitably shows a window saying: "Image Bucket Pro quit unexpectedly". I tried to use the link: "If you need support, please visit Image Bucket Pro Support" shown at the top of the very same window in which I am typing this review. There is no troubleshooting section and no FAQs. The less expensive Image Bucket non pro version seems to require a higher OS version. Could it be the OS specs between those two were mixed up? I bought image bucket pro because it should work with 10.6.8 - if I need to upgrade the OS anyway, I would have choosen the "Impression" App. In short: a loss of time and money. I would like to get reimbursed and I would like to get this review posted. The last attempt seems to have been filtered, yet I was not contacted. I consider this is unacceptable practice. I paid for a product that does not work and would either like to receive adequate suppoirt or the chance to get my money back. I will keep a screenshot of the current window to send to a customer protection agency in case this review is filtered again.
